Sacramento is the base. Their About page also lists Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, Amador, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Stanislaus, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Sutter and Yuba — eighteen counties in total. Worth confirming which of those are genuinely served before this goes out.
